Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with our standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and quality standards

• Assist with menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management

• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

• Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed

About You:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar environment

• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant culinary qualifications (preferred but not essential)
